SO WHAT? was named after the classic jazz standard composed and first performed by Miles Davis in 1959 on the pivotal ‘Kind of Blue’ album, also featuring John Coltrane and Julian ‘Cannonball’ Adderley. Nowadays this pertinent question is a challenge for so many researchers when reviewing research results with their internal clients.
